The overall process was smooth and relatively quick. Customer questions were dealt with quickly by the saleman who was always available either by email or telephone. He listened to my requirements and produced the right spec and financial result.

Everything went smoothly and the service was excellent, although I'm still waiting on my vehicle health check report which has not arrived yet, even though I was told it would arrive soon. Other than that, I have no complaints.
